General

The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is a terrace, a swimming pool (heated, private), a barbecue and a garden (fenced). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

We rent our villa "AINTZIRA" of Seignosse located very close to the bottom of the lake of Hossegor and the beach of Estagnots. Our house is fully equipped and has a heated 14x4m swimming pool and a garden of around 1500m², 5 bedrooms distributed as follows: 2 large double bedrooms on the ground floor, each with its own bathroom and 2 separate WCs; 3 bedrooms (one of which is double) on the first floor with 1 shower room and 1 WC. Open-plan fitted kitchen opening onto the living room and a very large terrace surrounding the swimming pool. Washing machine, barbecue and plancha. Cleaning and bed linen not included.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
