The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a terrace, a garden, a set of garden furniture, a swimming pool and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, two washbasins and two showers.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a stovetop (electric) and a microwave.

This charming gîte is built in an authentic style and has been fully renovated into a comfortable holiday home of approximately 65 m². Thanks to the single-level layout, the property is particularly suitable for those who enjoy a relaxing holiday without stairs.

Through the French doors, you enter the cozy living room, featuring a comfortable seating area, nice armchairs, and a separate dining area. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a carefree stay, including a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The first bedroom, located in the adjacent side room, features a double bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and also has its own bathroom. This ensures everyone enjoys extra comfort and privacy.

The gîte is entirely on one level and features tiled entrances at both the front and rear of the property. One of the bathrooms is equipped with extra grab bars at the toilet and shower. A shower chair can also be provided upon request.

At both the front and rear of the gîte, you have a private terrace with garden furniture, a dining table, chairs, and a barbecue. A lovely spot to have breakfast outdoors, enjoy a leisurely dinner, or simply relax at any time of day.

The spacious garden offers plenty of opportunities to unwind: enjoy the green lawns, soak up the sun on the lawn, or find peace under the shady trees. And naturally, a refreshing dip is a must! You can make free use of the large, fenced swimming pool measuring 12 x 6 meters on the grounds.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
