General

The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with six single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a garden, a swimming pool and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, a shower, two toilets and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a stovetop (electric) and an oven.

This characteristic gîte of approximately 125 m² is built in an authentic style and offers plenty of space for a relaxing stay with family or friends. With four bedrooms, an extra bedroom on the mezzanine, and two bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 10 people.

Through the French doors, you enter the cozy eat-in kitchen and living room. The fully equipped kitchen features every convenience, including a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

The spacious living room is tastefully furnished with a comfortable seating area consisting of a sofa and fine armchairs around the wood-burning stove. Adjacent to this, you will find the dining room with a large dining table, ideal for extended meals and spending cozy evenings together. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

On the upper floor, there are four double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Centrally located on this floor, a staircase leads to the mezzanine, where the fifth bedroom is furnished with two single beds. At both the front and rear of the gîte, you will find a private terrace with garden furniture, a dining table, chairs, and a barbecue. Here you can enjoy delicious meals outdoors, relax with a good glass of wine, or enjoy long, sunny days.

The spacious garden offers something for everyone: green lawns for playing, a sunny sunbathing area for lounging, and shady spots under the trees.

And of course, there is the swimming pool! On the grounds, you can make free use of the large, fenced swimming pool measuring 12 x 6 meters. The ideal place to cool off on warm summer days and enjoy your holiday to the fullest together.

Layout

On 1 kilometer of Gite Merlot you will find one or more restaurants. In addition, there is a lake/open water less than 40 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Gite Merlot in Saint-Saud-Lacoussière you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
