A characterful former wine store in Rivedoux-Plage, carefully renovated using original Île de Ré stone. Only 250 m from the beach and a short walk from the covered market, shops and restaurants.
Sleeps 6 guests plus a baby, with 3 upstairs bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets. The exceptionally well-equipped kitchen is designed for shared meals and local market produce.
Complimentary baby equipment includes travel cot, high chair, stroller, folding baby bath and play mat. Books, games and beach equipment are provided.
Bikes can be stored in the courtyard.

Pets welcome: €25 per pet/stay, bowls provided, guests bring pet bedding, pets not allowed on beds.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
