The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is an atmospheric fireplace, a set of garden furniture, a barbecue and a balcony or terrace. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with a bath and two showers.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker (espresso machine), a microwave, an oven and a stove.

The house has been renovated with great care, whilst fully preserving its historic atmosphere. Authentic details serve as a reminder of the building’s rich past, whilst modern amenities ensure a comfortable stay. The original cantou, a traditional French open fireplace, forms the atmospheric centrepiece of the living area.
The spacious kitchen with its cooking island is fully equipped for cosy dinners and long evenings together. The large dining table and comfortable seating areas in the living room make the house perfect for spending time together, whilst the various rooms offer plenty of peace and privacy.

Discover the Dordogne and Corrèze
Les Rives de Comborn is situated in the heart of the much-loved Vallée de la Vézère, one of the most beautiful regions in France. From the house, you can easily explore both the Dordogne and the Corrèze, renowned for their charming villages, castles, markets, fine dining and stunning natural scenery.
Just 10 minutes away lies the lively village of Objat, with its famous Sunday market, supermarkets, restaurants, shops and leisure facilities. For a day out in town, Brive-la-Gaillarde is about 30 minutes away and Limoges less than an hour.
In the immediate vicinity, you can go walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming in the river, canoeing, visiting local markets, exploring historic villages and enjoying the excellent French cuisine and the gastronomy of the Dordogne and Corrèze.
The nearby Vigeois railway station also offers easy connections to Brive and Limoges.

Due to its exceptional riverside location, with direct access to the water from the grounds, this house is not suitable for children under the age of 10 for safety reasons. Babies are, however, welcome.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
