La Petite Maison, a characteristic holiday home in the Périgord Vert, amidst forests and countryside and close to cultural highlights such as Brantôme, Perigueux and Angoulême. This detached house is located in a small hamlet near the provincial town of Nontron. It is ideal for (also sporty) lovers of peace, nature and culture.

The house consists of a ground floor and an attic. Downstairs are the living room (with wood-burning stove) and the kitchen, upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

The house is detached and has a spacious terrace at the back with a dining table, a seat and deck chairs, and afternoon and evening sun. You can also relax at the front.

A barbecue is available, as well as a cot.

The immediate surroundings are ideal for hiking and cycling. Nearby Nontron has several large supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, post office, banks, museum, tourist office etc. A little further away is Brantôme, the Venice of the Périgord. Prehistoric caves with wall paintings can be visited nearby. The historic towns of Perigueux and Angoulême are well worth a visit. There are several lakes in the area where you can swim, supervised and with play areas for children.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
