On the ground floor, guests can enjoy a bright living area with a trundle sofa bed and a bedroom with two single beds. Upstairs, the apartment features a comfortable double bedroom and an additional bedroom with two single beds, creating flexible sleeping arrangements for relaxing holidays together.

The fully equipped kitchenette includes a microwave, 4-ring hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and essential cooking amenities for easy holiday dining. A bathroom, additional shower, hairdryer, separate toilet, and fan provide extra comfort throughout the stay. Outside, the private terrace with garden furniture invites guests to enjoy peaceful breakfasts or relaxed evenings surrounded by nature. There is a heated semi-indoor swimming pool (open from 10 a.m. to 7:45 p.m., size 7 x 15 m).

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
