On the ground floor, the bright living area invites guests to gather and unwind with a comfortable double sofa bed, TV, dining table, and cosy seating space. The fully equipped kitchen includes a 4-ring hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all essential kitchenware, making shared meals and relaxed breakfasts effortless. A modern bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet, and hairdryer adds extra convenience.

Upstairs, the cottage offers a comfortable double bedroom along with a second bedroom featuring two single beds, creating practical and flexible sleeping arrangements for families or small groups. A second bathroom with shower and toilet provides additional comfort during longer stays.

Step outside onto the private terrace furnished with garden furniture and enjoy peaceful mornings surrounded by greenery or relaxed evenings under the open sky. Guests also benefit from internet access, parking, sauna facilities, and a heated shared swimming pool(open from 10 a.m. to 7:45 p.m., size 7 x 15 m) for refreshing moments throughout the stay. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
