This residence, located in Monflanquin on the edge of a lake, offers a 35m² apartment on the ground floor with terrace and view of the forest. The apartment includes a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a trundle bed for 1 person, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. Pets are allowed (65€/week or 10€/day). Outdoor parking is included.
The village of Monflanquin, with its typical architecture, is an ideal starting point for discovering the local heritage (castles, exceptional sites) and practicing sporting activities (hiking, cycling, horse riding, golf, canoeing). A municipal swimming pool (fee payable) is 150m away, the Malbentre aquatic center in Villeneuve-sur-Lot is 20km away and Lake Lougratte (swimming in July/August) is 15km away. Table tennis tables, pétanque courts and table football are available on site. Shops are more than 500m away and activities between 100 and 500m.
The apartment includes a living room, an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and WC and a separate WC. The west-facing terrace offers a view of the forest. Wifi access, bed linen and bathroom linen are extra. A baby kit is available upon reservation (prices on site). End of stay cleaning is obligatory and must be paid upon arrival. The tourist tax is to be paid on site. A television is available. A deposit of €500 is required.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
