The accommodation is perfect for couples or small families, with a 43 m² living space that includes a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The rental features a double bed, a day bed, and a standard sofa, as well as a fully equipped American-style kitchen with a dishwasher. Guests can relax on the uncovered terrace with a view of the village, enjoying the serene environment.

The area surrounding the residence offers a variety of activities, such as surfing, bodyboarding, karting, and archery, available with the Leisure card. Hikers will appreciate the nearby trails through the Landes de Gascogne forest and the Courant d'Huchet nature reserve, famous for its diverse fauna and flora. The village is also home to four swimming pools, including two heated pools, ideal for cooling off after a day of exploring.

For added convenience, the residence includes a TV, Wi-Fi at the reception, and outdoor parking. Guests can enjoy the residence’s aquatic area, open from May to September, with free access to the pools. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
