The house was built according to bioclimatic principles and is exceptionally well insulated, ensuring a comfortable temperature even on the hottest summer days.

Both the living room and the master bedroom open onto the south-facing garden through large sliding glass doors. The master bedroom spans 18 square meters and features a queen-size bed and a dressing room with a lovely garden view. The en-suite bathroom includes a large mirror and a walk-in shower. The toilet is separate.

Upstairs, the two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The two single beds can be joined to form a king-size bed if needed.

On hot summer days, the trees in the garden provide ample shade, or you can refresh yourself under the outdoor shower.

Payment terms and -periods

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
