Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: large living/dining room with TV and flat screen. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. 4 balconies, terrace, large garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars). Please note: maximum 2 small pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Magnificent view of the animals of the La Palmyre zoo (flamingos, giraffes and parrots) from the living room and the balcony of the house. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
