"Le Gîte", nestled in the heart of Eden West, is a refined 130 m² apartment, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 9 people. Renovated in 2016, this apartment combines modern comfort and traditional charm, with three elegantly furnished bedrooms featuring luxury bedding, an extra bed, and a sofa bed, all to ensure quality rest for its guests.
On the first level
A large, open space of 80 m², a place for discussion and conviviality, consisting of:
– A lounge area with a large flat-screen TV and a sofa that converts into a double bed,
– A dining area with a table that can seat up to 9 people,
– An open kitchen with a range cooker, an electric oven, a built-in dishwasher, and all the necessary kitchen equipment for lovers of the art of fine dining,
– Finally, a laundry room equipped with a family-sized refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, and dryer, as well as ample storage space, ideal for long stays.
As in the rest of the house, paintings and sculptures bring this space to life, blending into daily life.
On the 2nd level
The sleeping area with 3 bedrooms under the roof, including one attic:
Two bedrooms with a 160 cm bed
and a third with a 160 cm bed that can be separated into two 80 cm beds on request
The bathroom adjoining the 3 bedrooms is equipped with a shower and a bathtub.

DEPOSIT

The amount is neither blocked nor charged and does not impact your credit card usage limits. You will only have to pay a service fee of €12.30.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
