Close to Montignac, Terrasson and Sarlat in the Dordogne and Brive in the Corrèze, come and discover the Périgord Noir and its many tourist attractions.
This traditional 19th-century Périgord stone building is located in the hamlet of Le Chastel, in the commune of La Bachellerie.
Its dominant position offers a magnificent view.
The house is fully air-conditioned and has all the comforts to welcome families or friends and any pets they may have (enclosed garden).

If you're looking for leisure activities or sightseeing, you'll be spoilt for choice in the surrounding area! In addition to its countryside and rivers ideal for walking, its caves and chasms inviting you to explore, the Périgord Noir will offer you its unique historical heritage with its preserved architecture such as can be admired in Terrasson, Montignac, Sarlat, and in its thousand châteaux, gardens, churches, abbeys and priories.
House rules:
Bed linen is provided, as well as tea towels for the kitchen and bath mats, but not bathroom linen (gloves and towels).
End-of-stay cleaning is available as an optional extra for a fee.
During the winter period (from early November to late March), a supplement is charged to cover heating costs.
A security deposit is required on arrival. This is intended to cover damage to property in the event of breakage or nuisance to neighbours in the event of disturbance at night. Night-time disturbance is strictly forbidden and may be the subject of a full retention of the deposit and a complaint to the gendarmerie.
As the area is inhabited all year round, music and noise outside are prohibited after 11pm. Parties and birthdays are not permitted. And to avoid any disorder, groups of young revellers who might disturb the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood are not welcome.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
