The new, fully equipped kitchen opens onto the terrace and garden on two sides via sliding doors. Inside, it leads to the open-plan dining area with a fireplace and the living room beyond.

On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

Upstairs, there is a double bedroom and a children's room with two children's beds and a crib. The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub.

In the spacious garden, in addition to a trampoline, gas grill, and heated pool at the rear of the house, there is a second terrace with a wooden picnic table and views of the surrounding greenery.

The pool is secured with an electronic cover (for child safety).

The driveway can accommodate at least three cars.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
