The sofa bed provides flexibility depending on the composition of the family, but the accommodation is designed for the nominal capacity indicated. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available everywhere, and bed linen and towels can be provided. TV and DVD player available for hire. Well-behaved pets are welcome, but please avoid July and August if possible (too many children not used to dogs). The estate is a real paradise for dogs, with long, free walks around the extensive grounds. The estate is very quiet and peaceful outside the high season, except on wedding weekends. It obviously becomes busier in July and August with children and teenagers, but the estate is very large and most of the accommodation is away from the centre of life (with the exception of the gîtes). You'll have no trouble relaxing on your private terrace or in the surrounding meadows while your children play together.

Gavaudun is a small medieval village, dominated by its 11th-century château with a remarkable keep, nestling between the Lot and Dordogne valleys, close to the majestic châteaux of Biron and Bonaguil, and the bastides of Monflanquin and Monpazier.
Sarlat and its festival, Rocamadour, Saint Emilion, Les Eyzies, Cahors, Moissac, Nérac, the prehistoric caves of Lascaux, Font de Gaume, Pech Merle and many other exceptional sites await your visit. Périgord is also particularly renowned for its gastronomy: ducks, truffles, ceps, foie gras... accompanied by Bergerac, Monbazillac and Cahors wines... After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
