General

The holiday home for 12 persons has four bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is a swimming pool (heated, private), a billiard, a terrace, a barbecue and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless), a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a freezer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave.

Large wooded park of 2 hectares, with heated swimming pool, with overflow on the Dordogne, open from May to October, its orchard and vineyards, bicycles, canoes and kayaks available for excursions on the Dordogne, beach of Lac de la Caddie at 10 min.

The château is available for hire from April to October.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
