The house is part of a larger estate and is the oldest building in a small hamlet called Mombette.

The holiday home consists of a main house, a small annex, a private garden, and a swimming pool (approx. 4.5m x 9.5m) heated seasonally using solar energy.

The total living space is 150 sq m, of which approximately 120 sq m is in the main house and approximately 30 sq m in the annex. The house is furnished to German standards and can accommodate up to 7 people.

The house sits on approximately 6,500 sq m of land, of which approximately 2,500 sq m is currently in use.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
