Surrounded by nature and only a short walk from the Dordogne River, the estate offers a large swimming pool, a tennis court, and open green spaces – perfect for families, outdoor enthusiasts, and anyone looking to unwind. The house comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults and 2 children and features 2 private parking spaces, several sunny terraces, and a beautifully maintained enclosed garden of around 300 m². Two bicycles and a barbecue are available for sunny afternoons in the garden.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright living room with a comfortable sitting area and French doors opening onto the terraces. The adjoining open kitchen is well equipped and includes a dining table for six. The modern bathroom is fitted with a spacious shower, sink, and toilet. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a lovely view, while the mezzanine above the kitchen hosts a double bed and a bunk bed – making it ideal for families with children.

The house is thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need, including a smart TV, free WiFi, a Nespresso machine, ceramic hob, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, tennis rackets, and more. Guests have full access to the large illuminated swimming pool and the tennis court. The surroundings are perfect for cycling, hiking, kayaking, or simply enjoying the picturesque beauty of the Dordogne.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
