Each module is fully equipped and thoughtfully laid out, while a spacious central terrace creates the perfect setting for gathering, dining, and relaxing together.First module: The living area features bench seating, a table with chairs, television, and heating, creating a comfortable space to unwind. The kitchen is fully fitted with crockery, kitchen utensils, electric kettle, sink, extractor hood, dishwasher, Nespresso® machine, hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer. Sleeping arrangements include one bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and two bedrooms each with two single beds (80x190 cm), all with wardrobes. The bathroom offers a shower, washbasin, and heating, complemented by a separate toilet.Second module: This module also includes a welcoming living space with bench seating, table and chairs, television, and heating. The kitchen is equipped with crockery, kitchen utensils, electric kettle, sink, extractor hood, dishwasher, electric coffee machine, Nespresso® machine, hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer. It features one bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and one bedroom with two single beds (80x190 cm), both with wardrobes. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
