General

The holiday home for 17 persons has three bathrooms and six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels) and a DVD player. In addition there is a garden (fenced), a terrace, a barbecue, an air conditioner, a swimming pool (heated and private). You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN and wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave.

These converted self catering barns are located in a small commune among rolling fields. Surrounded by Loire Valley vineyards. Quiet and tranquil surroundings for total relaxation and privacy. We are in a small Hamlet our nearest town is Montreuil Bellay 8km from here. We are 30km south of Saumur. The gîtes sit in a courtyard looking out on to the gardens. Bothgîtes have a terrace with garden furniture, sunshade and barbecue. The seating outside the large gîte seats 18 people. The swimming pool is fenced and locked to prevent children from accessing without and adult. The pool is open May to September and heated to a minimum of 27 degrees. . There is a large car park with an electric point for EVs. The large gîte is on two floors, The ground floor is open plan with a living room with plenty of sofas, a flatscreen TV with built-in DVD, behind the lounge area is a large dining table that seats 10 to 12 people, that leads in to the kitchen, that is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave, well-equipped with cooking utensils, coffee machine and kettle. There is a utility room with a toilet, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, clothes airer and high chair, Upstairs there is a kingsize ensuite room with shower, toilet and basin and a cot. The second bedroom is a kingsize bedroom, a third bedroom is a family room with a double bed and two single beds and the fourth bedroom is a twin room with two single beds. This floor has a family bathroom with a bathtub, shower over the bath, toilet and basin. We do not supply bedding for the cots. The bedrooms all have air-conditioning and heating. The second gîe is 11th century and comprises of high vaulted ceilings, all on the ground floor and has wide doors and corridor for wheelchair access. This gÎte has an open plan, kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washer dryer, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The dining table seats 6 people. The lounge has TV, DVD player, large sofa and chair and a sofa bed that sleeps 2. The bedrooms comprise of a large high ceiling kingsize room with a baby cot and a twin room. All bedrooms have high-quality linen and towels, a hairdryer, dressing table, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

We supply pool towels and wraps for the cooler evenings.
The nearest town with its restaurants and supermarkets is approximately 8km away. There are some fabulous places to explore, Thoaurs Saumur, Chinon and Angers. We can recommend fantastic chateaux and other attractions to visit. Center Parcs is about 8km away and you can book advance day tickets. The highlight is the great array of vineyards locally where we can arrange tastings. 878879626 00017

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
