On the penultimate floor of a secure residence in Arcachon Aiguillon, this studio with a balcony offers breathtaking views of the basin and fishing port. The residence features a swimming pool, caretaker, and elevator. Upon arrival, you'll find an entrance hall leading to a shower room with WC. The main room, bathed in light and offering panoramic views, is furnished with a 140 cm sofa bed, TV, DVD player, microwave oven, and a kitchenette equipped with electric hotplates and a small refrigerator. The balcony, furnished and with an awning, is perfect for outdoor relaxation.
Nearby attractions include the vibrant fish market, perfect for seafood lovers, and the beautiful Aiguillon beaches. Arcachon offers charming streets, local restaurants, and a picturesque port. Explore the Dune of Pilat, the tallest sand dune in Europe, and enjoy water sports, cycling, and the local maritime culture. Pets are not allowed, and white linen can be rented from our partner LocLinge. Cancellation insurance is included, and an end-of-stay cleaning service is available for an additional fee.
A private parking space is at your disposal, and the swimming pool, open from June to September, invites you to refreshing moments. The proximity to the fish market, shops (bakery, caterer, hairdresser, laundromat), and Aiguillon beaches adds convenience to your stay.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
