It features a cozy bedroom with a double bed and ample storage space, along with a shower room and separate WC. The living area includes a comfortable sofa bed, a television, and an American kitchen fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, induction hobs, and a range hood. The apartment also boasts a small balcony facing east, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the afternoon.
The apartment comes with a designated parking space and additional amenities like a bicycle storage room, making it easy to explore the area on two wheels. Small dogs are welcome, adding to the comfort for pet owners. Although white linen is not provided, it is available for rent if needed. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
