General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels) and a fireplace. In addition there is a garden (fenced), an air conditioner, a swimming pool, a terrace and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN and wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is playground equipment.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher.

Come and stay in this pleasant house in the charming seaside resort of Andernos les Bains. It's an ideal location for visiting the basin, close to beaches and shops, yet very peaceful.
House:
The house has a surface area of 98 m² and comprises 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6)
- bedroom 1: ground floor, 160 cm bed
- bedroom 2: ground floor, 160 cm bed
- bedroom 3: upstairs, bed 200 or 2 x 100 cm
Possibility of an extra bed (clic-clac) on a mezzanine overlooking the living room (see additional photos)
There are 2 shower rooms on the ground floor:
- Shower room 1: shower - washbasin - wc - hairdryer
- Shower room 2: shower - washbasin - hairdryer
The house also has 3 WCs, one of which is on the first floor and has a water point.
The kitchen is fully equipped and designed to accommodate up to'à 6 personnes.
Le coin salon lui est équipé d'a comfortable sofa and several armchairs. There is also a TV in the living room. The house is connected to the internet.
Washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron complete the home's facilities.
A classic coffee maker, a nespresso coffee maker, a kettle and a fruit squeezer.

Outside:
The 850 m² plot is fully fenced. Manual gate.
The 8x4 swimming pool is open and accessible from May to September. It is chlorine-treated and secured by a motorised pool cover to European standards.

Des bains de soleil et des chaises longues seront à votre disposition.
La maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel, la plupart des voisins y vivent à l’année, ils sont tous très sympathiques. Les soirées ne sont pas autorisées pour préserver le calme qui réside dans le lotissement.

Une caution de 2000€ est demandée à la remise des clés en chèque ou en espèces.
Le versement de la caution est obligatoire pour pouvoir séjourner à la maison.
Les cautions par carte bancaire ne sont pas possibles sur place.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
