Fully fitted and functional, this villa is composed of two main bedrooms, each with a double bed or two single beds, and a bathroom with a spa bath or bathtub, and either three bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds, or 2 bedrooms each furnished with 2 single beds and a mezzanine with 2 single beds. There is an additional shower room, a bathroom, and 2 extra WC in most villas. Electricity and water charges are not included in the price and are payable on the spot.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
