The holiday home for 2 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with a double bed or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and a heater. In addition there is a garden, a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a swimming pool, a table tennis table and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment.

On the ground floor: a cozy living area with wood stove, sofa bed, dining nook, semi open kitchen, and toilet. Upstairs, accessible via a covered outdoor staircase, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with two single beds, a second toilet, sink, and separate shower.
Enjoy a private garden with views of the meadows perfect for spotting wildlife with your morning coffee. The simple but fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare breakfast or cook leisurely meals. Summer evenings are ideal for barbecuing under the stars.
Comfort All Year
La Bergerie is the only guest house on the estate open year round. It features multi split air conditioning for cool summers and pleasantly warm winters, plus a wood stove for extra warmth in colder months.

• No rentals to groups of young people to preserve tranquility
• During the low season, the domain is used by local hunters for hunting sports on some Saturdays/Sundays
• Ask your hosts about seasonal activities or enjoy a warm surprise upon arrival!

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
