General

The holiday home for 17 persons has five bathrooms and seven bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds, eight single beds, a double bed or two single beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with two fireplaces, a heater and a heather. In addition there is a swimming pool, a table tennis table and a set of garden furniture and there are four terraces and three barbecues. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath with shower, nine washbasins, four showers and four toilets.

The holiday home has three fridge-freezers, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment and a cot and there are three high chairs.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with three coffee makers, two dishwashers, two ovens, two microwaves and three stoves.

Domaine de la Borderie is a charming estate nestled in the heart of the Dordogne. Choose from La Bergerie (for 2, newly renovated in 2025), La Chaumière (for 5), and La Fermette (for 8+2). Each can be booked individually or together—perfect for a peaceful getaway with family or friends.
The houses are tastefully decorated with respect for their original charm. Scattered across the wooded estate are cozy shared spots, including a wood-fired pizza oven at the center, near the home of the welcoming managers. The newly upgraded pool (2023) is a summer favorite, while the jeu de boules court offers a truly French touch. In La Fermette’s spacious living room, guests can enjoy music around the grand piano or gather by the fireplace. The terrace, with panoramic views, is ideal for sunset dinners and drinks.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
