The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed or two single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a TV, a DVD player and a heather. In addition there is a football table, a tennis court, a boules court, a swimming pool, a trampoline, a terrace, a set of garden furniture, a barbecue and a pond. The badroom is equipped with a urinal, a bath with shower, two showers, four washbasins and four toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair, a cot and a playpen.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove and an oven.

Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 180,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
