Bedroom 1: Double bedroom (140 x 200 cm) with an adjoining dressing room/single bedroom suitable for a child.

Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm each). The beds cannot be joined together to form a double bed.

Newly fitted bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, washbasins and toilet.

A cot and high chair can be provided upon request.

The private garden is fully fenced and secure for dogs. Please note that there is no swing set in the garden.

La Fontaine joins the estate over a small foot bridge, leading to heated shared swimming pool, lawn tennis court, table tennis, playing fields, trampoline and swingset, Duck pond, chickens and goats.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
