La Lapinière is a charming 130m² holiday home on our farm in an idyllic, rural setting – just 11km from the pristine white beaches of La Manche in western Normandy.

The former barn was completely renovated a few years ago and now offers discerning holidaymakers stylish, spacious accommodation with upscale amenities (ideal for couples and families – maximum occupancy: 4 adults and 4 children).

On the southwest side, you have your own private, partially covered garden (garden furniture and a barbecue are provided), a backyard with parking, and a large lawn.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
