The Résidence Goélia Green Panorama***, built in the Norman architectural tradition, is located 300m from the beach. Ideally located on the renowned seaside resort of the Normandy Coast, you can explore Cabourg and its surroundings.
The Residence welcomes you to one of its 44 2-room apartments for 4 people where you can enjoy the heated outdoor swimming pool. For your comfort, you can use the outdoor parking reserved for vacationers.
On the banks of the Channel, between Caen and Deauville, discover Cabourg, this magnificent seaside resort shaped by centuries of history. You will be able to admire an exceptional architectural heritage with superb villas and residences, attend festivities all year round and of course, walk along the “Plage des Romantiques” of 3.6 kilometers of fine sand that Cabourg overlooks.
The resort is labeled “Family Plus” and hosts beach clubs reserved for children. On the beach, you choose! You can rest with your toes fanned out, or practice a multitude of sporting and water activities: swimming, paddle, beach volleyball, horseback riding, catamaran, kitesurfing

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
