Just a few kilometers from the spectacular landscapes of the Alabaster Coast, this holiday home is located in a peaceful Normandy village. You will enjoy a pleasant 300m² garden, a sunny terrace and a bright winter garden, perfect in any season. The famous GR21 hiking trail passes nearby and connects Fécamp, Yport and the cliffs of Étretat. The region offers many visits: Fécamp with its cliff-lined port, its restaurants and its heritage (Trinity Abbey, Benedictine Palace, fishing museum), but also Étretat (20km), Honfleur via the Normandy Bridge (50km) or Rouen (75km), the historic capital of the region.

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. No dog allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Bring towels. The landlady will be happy to harvest seasonal vegetables from her garden for you from time to time and to fetch eggs for you from her hen house, which is located behind the house. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
