You will stay at less than 50m away at the foot of the famous "Petite Rade", a popular place to visit. people from Le Havre and tourists to have a drink or something to eat overlooking the magnificent sunsets. The shops are located next door. proximity and the city center of Le Havre is accessible within walking distance. on foot (10 minutes), by car (2 minutes) by scooter or public transport.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a quiet residence. Inside, everything has been renovated. thought to make you feel at home.

Designed for 2 people, it is composed as follows:
- A beautiful dining room dining and lounge area offering a direct view of the sea. In order to recharge your batteries during your stay, the accommodation does not have a television. Wifi (high-speed fiber) is however available in each room.
- A fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.) allowing you to cook delicious meals.
- A beautiful room equipped with a desk for those wishing to telework, as well as quality Queen Size bedding. in 160x200cm.
- A bathroom with double sink and shower.
- Separate WC.

The accommodation is very bright, warm and comfortable.

It does not have private parking, however free parking spaces are located nearby. 20 meters from the accommodation (however, we cannot guarantee availability).

Are updated at your disposal: Bed and bath linen, free WiFi, washing machine wash, hair dryer, etc...

For families, we can, on request, accommodate you. provision of a baby bed (umbrella). Don't forget to ask us before your arrival.

Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to cancel the procedure. to immediately terminate the rental lease and to activate the bank guarantee in the event of overflow or damage.

By coming to stay with us, you will have access to our services. all the different parts of the accommodation.
Parking is free on the street located in front of the accommodation. Otherwise, parking is mostly paid from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. 12 p.m., then from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Saturday (free on Sundays and public holidays). Free parking in the city for all electric vehicles. A little tour the beach? Parking is free for everyone! The tram and buses are also a good way to get around to discover the city.

We will have pleasure in receive you personally in our accommodation. We thank you for letting us know your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to best organize your handover of the keys. We wish you an excellent stay with us!

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the city. &àgrave; proximity from the beach and nearby 10 minutes from Le Havre city center.

Your host will be at your doorstep. at your disposal during your stay so that you can spend a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.

Arrival: Reception will take place physically between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Don't hesitate to Tell us your arrival time as early as possible in order to best organize your handover of the keys.

Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.

We do our utmost to provide you with a quality welcome. We thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for notifying your host in the event of a delay. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged 20 euros, at extra cost. Pay through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debit the payment. of your deposit.

In the event of arrival after 10:30 p.m., it will no longer be possible to accommodate you, your night will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution, let us know as quickly as possible in the event of something unforeseen.

An identity document currently valid You may be asked for this information when you enter the premises. An inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out. before your arrival.

If additional travelers than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be charged. on your deposit.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
