The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a garden, a terrace and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless) and a washing machine.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher.

This stone property is old and of half Breton / half Norman character, renovated, embellished with a very large garden with trees and flowers where angels posed here and there invite you to relax, rest or read... The Selune River, famous for its salmon is nearby, in the heart of the Norman grove.
We welcome you in cottages and guest rooms, by the night (breakfast included), in short stay rental or by the week.

We offer for rent our fully equipped cottage and classified 3 stars, adjoining our house, for 1 to 4 people wit:
- American kitchen: refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, gas stove, oven, washing machine, dishwasher...
- Living room with sofas (Tv, wifi, games and DVD player on request)

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
