This detached house stands in a small, peaceful village in the midst of the enchanting Normandy countryside. There are several larger towns in the vicinity, such as Avranches, Cancale and Saint-Malo, which you can easily reach by motorway, as well as the famous Mont Saint-Michel.
The owner lives in a house in the same village and is available to answer any questions. Internet access is available.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. The living room is furnished with a comfortable lounge set with television around the fireplace. In the dining room with its large table, the wide window offers a lovely view of the garden. There is also a bathroom with bath and WC on this level. The three bedrooms are on the upper floor. The first bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a double bed. The other two have a double bed each and one bedroom has a water point and toilet. The outside areas, available exclusively to guests, include a parking space, a terrace with a large barbecue, a garden and a swimming pool.
There are numerous beaches within a few kilometres, including Saint-Pair, Jullouville and Carolles. Here you can enjoy a swim, as well as water sports. Nearby is the bay that is home to the famous Mont Saint-Michel, a World Heritage site. This historic and architectural monument is a must-see and an essential addition to your programme of outings. On foot or by bike, you can also discover the flora and fauna that inhabit the bay and the surrounding area by following the many signposted footpaths.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
