With a capacity maximum of 2 people, the apartment is composed as follows:
- A fitted "American" type kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped (fridge, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, work surface, plenty of storage space, kitchen utensils, …) ;
- A beautiful living room living with living room/dining room area eat, Smart TV (with your login details you can connect to Netflix and Canal+);
- Side night: A beautiful bedroom equipped with double bedding (140x200 cm), well soundproofed for peaceful nights;
- Adjacent to; the bedroom you will find a superb bathroom with bathtub. Separate WC.

The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy the charm and life of Rouen, while remaining peaceful.

If you wish, we can also put you up to date. A baby bed is at your disposal. (linen is not provided), do not hesitate to ask. Tell us before your stay.

NB: The apartment does not have a private parking space. However, private parking is available. underground of the town hall is located at 50m from the apartment (paying).

The accommodation is located in the hypercenter of Rouen, near proximity Immediate access to the town hall and further afield. less than 10 minutes away walking distance from all of the city's main tourist attractions (the big clock, old market square, etc.).
You will reside at proximity shops and cultural centers.

Arrival: Reception will take place physically between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Don't hesitate to Tell us your arrival time as early as possible in order to best organize your handover of the keys.

Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.

We do our utmost to provide you with a quality welcome. We thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for notifying your host in the event of a delay. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged 20 euros, at extra cost. Pay through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debit the payment. of your deposit.

In the event of arrival after 10:30 p.m., it will no longer be possible to accommodate you, your night will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution, let us know as quickly as possible in the event of something unforeseen.

If additional travelers than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be charged. on your deposit.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
