Gite Rouge is a detached 8 person holiday home with 2 bathrooms.  At a short distance you can visit the Normandy beaches and their history, go shopping in Caen or Falaise or swim in the nearby Lake of Rabodanges. Outside with front terrace and side terrace, accessible from the hallway. Furthermore, you can pick blackberries, raspberries, apples and pears on your own property in the autumn. In the neighbourhood there is always a local flea market (vide grenier) where you can walk around endlessly to find old French stuff. Layout: spacious kitchen with 5 burner cooker, fridge freezer and wood stove. Dining table with 10 seats. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
