Ideally located in the heart of Le Havre, in one of the famous buildings designed by architect Auguste Perret (listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site), you can discover all the magic of the city of Le Havre on foot. You will stay opposite the superb Notre-Dame Cathedral, 300m from the beach, 200m from the town hall, and within walking distance of the food shops.

This superb apartment will delight you with its cozy decor, shared parking, and view of Notre-Dame Cathedral.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a quiet and secure building without an elevator. Inside, everything has been designed to make you feel right at home.

This one-bedroom apartment was designed for 2 people and features the following layout:
- An entrance hall with a dressing area.
- A beautiful bedroom/living room area. Equipped with a high-quality queen-size bed (160x200cm), a small relaxation area, a breakfast table, and a Smart TV with Netflix.
- A separate, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven/microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.) allowing you to prepare delicious meals.
- A bathroom with a shower and washing machine.

The accommodation is bright, quiet, and private.
A parking space in a shared parking lot is available; however, as spaces are not assigned to individuals, we cannot guarantee availability during your stay.

At your disposal: Bed and bath linens, free WiFi, Smart TV, washing machine, etc.

Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, we ask you to limit noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be permitted within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage.

When you stay with us, you will have access to all areas of the accommodation.
Parking is charged around the accommodation from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., then from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Saturday (free on Sundays and public holidays). Free parking in the city for all electric vehicles. A quick trip to The beach? Parking is free for everyone! The tram and buses are also a great way to get around and explore the city.
Closest underground parking: Les Halles (Volcan) - €6.90 for 12 hours, then €0.10 per 15 minutes. 7-day pass: €23.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
