It has a separate entrance not overlooked by the owners (opposite the owners' entrance via the car park) and sleeps three to four people. The style of furnishings is modern. The separate kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances, such as a gas cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and coffee maker. The living/dining room has a dining area with a table and four chairs. In the living room there is a 140x200 sofa bed with good quality mattress, LCD screen TV, DVD player, radio and mini CD player, as well as books and board games. The bedroom is semi-buried but has a double bed with comfortable 160x200 bedding and a wardrobe with hanging space. The bathroom has a large shower and washbasin. There is also a second toilet with separate WC. The washing machine is located in a corner of the corridor.

The terrace has garden furniture, sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue. There is a private, gated car park.

High-speed WIFI internet access is available. Minimum stay 7 nights.
