The fully equipped open kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, and coffee machine, perfect for preparing meals. There are two bedrooms with Queen-sized beds (160x200cm) and ample wardrobe space, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine for added convenience.

The apartment is ideally located in the city center, within walking distance of numerous gourmet restaurants, shops, and public transport options, including trams and buses. Guests can also enjoy a lovely loggia with southern exposure, offering a pleasant view of the city center. Private paid parking is available nearby for added convenience. The neighborhood is peaceful, with a request for guests to limit noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. to respect the community.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
