Located in Mers-les-Bains, just 3km from Le Tréport in Upper Normandy, the Résidence Goélia La Belle Epoque*** benefits from an ideal geographical location, in the heart of the district of listed villas and approximately 50m from the Place du market, all its shops, the esplanade and the large beach (sand and pebbles), lined with restaurants.
The residence consists of 80 luxury, comfortable accommodations spread over several floors with elevators.
You can enjoy the heated indoor swimming pool on site with a children's pool (located on the 2nd floor) with a view of very beautiful public gardens. Extend your moments of relaxation in the sauna.
Many activities are possible near the residence such as: playground, mini-golf, skate park, water activities (windsurfing, funboarding, surfing, kayaking, etc.), fishing, sea excursions or even horse riding.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
