General

Wintzenheim is located on the outskirts of Colmar (6 km from the town centre). You will discover a region full of character, with a wealth of opportunities as diverse as the Alsatian vineyards, the Voges nature park, the Munster valley, the historic sites of Strasbourg and Neuf-Brisach among others, as well as a renowned local gastronomy and a multitude of sporting activities on offer: walks and hikes, cycling, downhill or cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hang-gliding, swimming and water sports in the pool or lakes.
The village of Wintzenheim has all the main shopping facilities and is served by an inter-communal transport service. The owners are at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Our gite is in a wine-producing farmhouse dating from 1749 and completely renovated in 2018. Access to the gite is via a staircase. At the entrance to the gite, there is a fitted kitchen, a lounge/dining room, a bedroom with a shower room and private wc, and in the attic, a bedroom also with a shower room and private wc. The gite has air conditioning, an enclosed parking space, and an outdoor area with a garden table and barbecue.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
