Charming house with private spa and open fire. The house is located in a medieval wine-growing village protected by the Batiments de France. It is in a very quiet area and close to all the must-see sites in our beautiful region, in particular Strasbourg, 20 kilometres away.
The house is on two levels. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower, heated towel rail and separate toilet. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a living/dining room with fireplace. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, the large one of 15 m2 with a 2.3 m round bed and memory foam mattress and the children's bedroom with a double bed with LED lights and memory foam mattress. Fireplace with closed hearth and wood supplied. Arrival from 5 p.m.
Sunny courtyard all day with private 5-seater jacuzzi, seasonal swimming pool (May to end September depending on weather), sun loungers, parasol, garden furniture, barbecue. All completely private and not overlooked.
The town of Marlenheim is almost next door to Wangen and has many restaurants and supermarkets. There are some very nice walks to do in the region known as the "Suisse d'Alsace" and some magnificent visits less than 20/25 kms away such as Strasbourg, Saverne, Molsheim, Obernai etc .... . The village is located at the northern gateway to the Alsace wine route, which means you can visit many wine cellars.
