Her modern gîte-style house is a haven of peace, 5km from all shops and transport.
The flat is on the first floor (separate entrance); she herself lives on the ground floor. The village house is surrounded by a flower-filled park and orchard (over 2,000 tulips), which is at your disposal, overlooking a valley where the ESCH stream flows (fly fishing). It can accommodate from 1 to 6 people.

A pretty VILLAGE FOUNTAIN has just been installed this year 2024 in the property.
The flat comprises - on the first floor: a main room with a fully-equipped kitchen and a living room opening onto a loggia, which itself overlooks the valley, a bedroom (with a 160 x 200 cm bed), a shower room and a separate WC - on the second floor: a mezzanine bedroom (20 m2) with shower room and WC.
-Sheets and towels are provided and installed free of charge on your arrival (systematic 60° washing) - Cleaning products and basic necessities are available. -A garage adjoining the flat can be allocated to you. Even before COVID19 and since then, A 48-HOUR INTERVAL IS REQUIRED BETWEEN EACH VACANCIER TO CLEAN AND DISINFECT THE APARTMENT.
The AIR CONDITIONING has been installed since 2023.
-In the adjoining park you will also find a barbecue, a 4m x 10m boules pitch and a high wind area with a ping-pong table and a hammock, as well as armchairs, deckchairs and a large dining table.... and a LARGE FOUNTAIN.
