The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a DVD player. In addition there is a garden, fitness equipment and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Our house, with its thick old stone walls that are over 100 years old, provides pleasant natural cooling during the increasingly hot summer months and contributes to healthy rest and relaxation.
In addition, our large walnut trees in the garden offer an airy, shaded retreat where guests can relax and enjoy the fresh surroundings.

Our holiday home – an old farmhouse lovingly renovated in the Vosges Mountains (France), near Gérardmer (15 km) – is ideal for couples, families, musicians (thanks to its excellent acoustics) and sports enthusiasts (we have a fitness area in our large activity room). It is situated on a south-facing hillside and offers beautiful views.

Children and dogs are welcome. Our house accommodates 3–7 guests (please inquire about the price for the 6th and 7th guests).
In the large activity room, you can play badminton and a table tennis table is available for guests. For particularly active visitors, we have a fitness corner equipped with an abdominal trainer, climbing frame, sports trampoline and skipping ropes. The fenced garden is ideal for children and dogs.
Musicians will find the perfect space to practice in peace and quiet. We have been awarded 3 stars (*) by CléVacances**.
A second or third dog can accompany you for an additional fee.

We offer the following rooms and facilities:
A kitchen with a wood-burning stove and electric stove (induction), microwave, coffee machine and refrigerator (basic equipment, no dishwasher), 1 living room, 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower and 1 separate toilet.

The 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 3 single beds) are located on the first floor and are accessible via stairs. There is also 1 attic room with two bunk beds (please bring your own sleeping bags), which can also be reached by stairs.
A large recreation room is available, equipped with a table tennis table, climbing frame, abdominal trainer, sports trampoline, skipping ropes and a medicine ball. The attic lounge area features a sofa, armchairs and a stereo system.

Guests can also make use of a separate barbecue, badminton equipment, boules, garden furniture and sun loungers.

There is no television, computer, telephone, or Wi-Fi in the house. Internet access is possible via mobile data, making it a peaceful and quiet retreat. However, a stereo system is available for enjoying your favorite music.
Shopping facilities for daily essentials are available in the village, approximately a 10-minute walk away. 500-18-005

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
