105m² of living space, a spacious living room with dining area, 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Two terraces surrounded by greenery (20 ares), one of which is covered.

At the rear of the property, there is direct access from the kitchen to the terrace (smoking permitted) and to the expansive, thyme-scented lawn, offering a beautiful view of the village, the rolling woodland landscape, and the sandstone rock formation known as "Wachtfels."

Here, you are so undisturbed that you might even see deer, foxes, or hares emerging from the woods, and observe various birds such as hawks and woodpeckers.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
