This two-level accommodation offers a 30m² ground floor living space with an open kitchen, dining area, and lounge featuring a sofa bed (110x200 cm) and single bed (90x200 cm). A covered 25m² terrace with garden furniture and outdoor dining adjoins the living room.

Upstairs, a spacious 40m² master suite includes a double bed (160x200 cm) and a private bathroom with shower, sink, and WC. The property is unoverlooked, comfortable, and designed for guests who value environmental respect, with eco-friendly cleaning products provided.

Enjoy fishing (catch-and-release, fee applies) in the pond, forest walks, cycling, or simply relax by the water. A horse may roam freely, and the owner may lend you a boat for added charm. Swimming is prohibited. Nearby villages like Lorquin, Saint-Quirin, and Abreschviller offer renowned restaurants, while cycle paths and hiking trails are easily accessible. Private parking is available on-site.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
