Detailed information
The holiday home is located in the picturesque Alsatian plain in the centre of the village of Horbourg-Wihr, just two kilometres from Colmar town centre. Thanks to this location, you can spend both peaceful, relaxing days in nature and also discover Colmar, the capital of Alsace wines. There are also cycle paths nearby (the house has space for storing bicycles).
The house also has a lovely little enclosed garden. In front of the house is a terrace equipped with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Approximately 20 metres from the house there are two quiet public car parks.
This charming traditional half-timbered house has 43 m² of living space (not including the eaves) and can sleep four people. The former 18th-century barn has been completely converted. As a result, the house now offers all modern comforts while retaining its typical features. The living room with its open-plan kitchen has a comfortable sofa and armchair, as well as cable TV. The kitchen with dining area is modern and fully equipped with cooker, oven, coffee maker, toaster, fridge-freezer, washing machine and microwave. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the upper floor. The first bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds which can be joined together (please inform the owners if this is your wish). Both bathrooms are equipped with washbasin, shower and WC.
The owners live next door and are available if you have any questions. For children, a cot and high chair are available free of charge. Pets are not allowed. A bus stop with regular services to Colmar is just 20 metres away. This means you can enjoy a day trip to Colmar, with its narrow streets and famous museums, without parking problems. There are also plenty of opportunities for quiet walks on level ground in the surrounding area. An Internet café is located around three kilometres away.
Please note that bed linen, towels and final cleaning are not included in the price. If required, they must be booked separately in advance and paid for on arrival.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
