The holiday home for 12 persons has five bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a sauna, a barbecue and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The Gîte, Le Pré des Biches, rated 4 stars, is an old Vosges farmhouse perched on its mountain, between fir trees and hiking trails, 15 minutes from Gérardmer and 25 minutes from La Bresse.
For a weekend in the Vosges, or for a week's holiday, this 200 m2 property is ideal for a get-together with friends or family, up to 12 people + baby (pets allowed, subject to criteria).
Not overlooked and ideally situated for its peace and quiet, you'll find all the amenities just three kilometres away.

In fine weather, you'll enjoy a vast outdoor area for all ages.
Aperitifs, pétanque, grilled meats, table tennis .... Here's the programme that awaits you thanks to the boulodrome and its covered terrace.
There's also a large field for children to play outdoor games.

In bad weather, a completely different programme awaits you indoors.
Table football tournaments, raclette, fondue or crêpe parties.
In the evening, the Pré des Biches gîte is also the perfect place to relax and unwind, thanks to its sauna and relaxation area, much appreciated on long winter evenings.
There's a children's playroom on the mezzanine floor, with games, books, colouring books and a connected TV.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
