The holiday home for 8 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is an air conditioner, a terrace, a barbecue, a swimming pool (private and outdoors). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave.

"Villa Fautea", 5-room villa 150 m2. Spacious, comfortable furnishings: living room with separate WC and TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 3 rooms with panoramic window, each room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 190 cm), bath/shower. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed and bath/WC. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Large terrace 120 m2, east facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Villa. In the district of Mangia Gatta, on the outskirts, 4 km from the centre of Sainte Lucie de Porto-Vecchio, in a secluded position, 700 m from the sea, 700 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. Private: natural state property, swimming pool angular (10 x 4 m, depth 70 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Sep.) with shutter cover. In the house: air conditioning. Motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 1 km, bakery 4 km, bus stop 4.1 km, sandy beach "Plage de Fautea" 1 km. Nearby attractions: Centre ville Porto-Vecchio 20 km, Centre ville Solenzara 19 km. Hiking paths: Aiguilles de Bavella 40 km. Please note: car recommended.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
